高得率秸秆纤维制取机的设计

针对目前秸秆纤维加工中存在能耗大、化学污染严重等问题,研制了依靠物理方法达到清洁制取秸秆纤维的装置。通过对物料特性及螺杆机械结构的分析研究,完成了制取装置关键部件的结构参数确定和整体设计,解决了普通螺杆机械的结构问题,实现了依靠机械方式制取秸秆纤维的目标。

The Design of Straw Fibres Extruder Devices

The research aims at designing a physical straw fibres extruder on the basis of analying thecurrent problems of large energy consumption and chemical pollution, through the analysis of material properties and the structure of scraw exturder,the determination of structural parameters of key com ponents and the design of the whole machine are completed ,which has solved the structural problems of ordinary screw machine,achiveing the goal of relying on mechanical to extrude straw fibres.
