摘    要:通过对备自投外部闭锁回路设计的阐述,分析外部保护永跳动作误闭锁备自投及线路检修分合开关时启动手跳继电器误闭锁备自投的原因,提出改进措施。实践证明其正确有效。

Abstract:Through formulating the design of standby power supply automatic connecting device external blocking circuit, the reasons that caused miss block during tripping by permanent fault, and the false action of manually tripping relay due to power line maintenance outage switching are analyzed. The improvement measure is put forward. It is proven correct and effective in practice.
