摘    要:工业生产中常需要确定最佳工艺条件,用来降低成本,提高经济效益。单纯形法是解决高维寻优的最优化方法之一,在化学化工中应用较广。提纯塔是食品级液态CO2生产过程中的最后一个环节,也是保证产品质量的关键一环。本文阐述了改进单纯形法寻优的基本原理,并结合生产实际利用改进单纯形法寻找CO2浓度达到99.5%左右时的最佳控制点,运用MATLAB实现这一算法,并得到了令人满意的结果。

Abstract:In industry it's usually necessary to determine the optimum technology condition to reduce the cost and raise economic efficiency. The simplex method is one of the high dimension optimization means,and is widely used in the chemical industry. The rarified tower is the last segment in the food liquid carbon dioxide production process,and is also the key segment to guarantee the production quality. The basic theory of the improved simplex method is expounded in this paper, and the optimal control condition when the depth of the carbon dioxide is up to 99.5 percent is founded by means of the improved simplex method. The algorithm is realized based on MATLAB. The results achieved are satisfactory.
