为了延长丢手堵水和斜井注水等管柱的工作寿命,研究了一种ZC型堵水注水管柱支撑扶正器。该工具由坐卡、支撑扶正、锁紧、解卡等部分组成,油管内憋压推动活塞和锥体上行,锥开强力蛇行弓簧片,依靠强力蛇行弓簧片与套管之间的摩擦力扶正和支撑井下管柱;上提管柱解卡,操作简单方便,既不会伤害套管,也不会卡死在套管内,安全可靠。现场应用100多井次,成功率100%,有效地延长了丢手堵水管柱和斜井注水管柱的工作寿命,取得显著经济效益。

A string-supporting centralizer used in water plugging and water injection operation

Model ZC string-supporting centralizer is developed in order to extend the service life of the releasing water plugging string and the water injection string. It mainly consists of setting parts, supporting and centralizing parts, latching parts and releasing parts. The build-up pressure inside the tubing pushes the piston and the wedge to move upward and then the latter pushes the spring leaf against the casing wall. The string thus centralized and supported by means of the friction between the spring leaf and the casing wall. The operation is so safe and reliable that it neither damages the casing nor makes the string stuck inside the casing. The centralizer has been successfully used in wells for over 100 times and the life of the string has been extended distinctly.
