| 摘 要： | 介绍了金驹山原生金矿石微生物预氧化柱浸试验结果。采用从矿区采集的氧化亚铁硫杆菌（Thiobacillus Ferrooxidans），对粒度小于6．3mm的原生矿石预氧化79d，之后氧化浸出9d，金的浸出率由43．08％提高到72．53％。

| Abstract: | Experimental results of microbiological preoxidation on gold protoore from Jinjushan are introduced.Thiobacillus ferrooxidans (T.f) is collected at Jinjushan orefield.Particle size of ore sample is less than 6.3mm.After being preoxidated for 79d by T.f and leaching for 9d with sodium cyanide,leaching rate of gold increased from 43.08% to 72.53%. |
