摘    要:探讨高压脉冲电场(PEF)辅助乙醇连续提取栀子黄色素的工艺条件.首先考察脉冲电场强度、脉冲频率、脉冲时间、温度及溶提时间对栀子黄色素溶出率的影响,在此基础上采用正交试验法优化提取条件.实验结果表明,较佳提取条件为脉冲电场强度25kV·cm<'-1>,脉冲频率6 Hz,脉冲时间4 s,提取温度40℃,提取时间15 min...

Abstract:The technology of continual extracting gardenia yellow by ethanol coupled with PEF was researched in this paper.The influence factors on dissolution ratio such as electric intensity,impulse frequency,pulse time,extracting temperature and extracting time were studied,and based on it,the extracting conditions were defined by orthogonal test.The result of experiment showed that the optimum extracting condition were electric field intensity 25kV·cm-1,impulse frequency 6Hz,pulse time 4s,temperature 40℃ and extracting time 15min.Under such conditions,the dissolution ratio of gardenia yellow could be reached to 90.4%.
