微波裂解垃圾固体残留物吸附含酚废水研究

摘    要:利用垃圾微波裂解后固体残留物中的活性炭成分进行含酚废水的吸附试验,考察了垃圾用量、吸附时间、吸附温度、pH值等因素对吸附效果的影响.实验结果表明,垃圾用量为10g,吸附温度25℃,pH值为6.20,振荡吸附时间3.5h的条件下,苯酚吸附效果达到最佳,苯酚在固体残留物上的吸附符合Freundlich等温吸附模型,其吸附动...

Abstract:The active carbon in the solid waste pyrolysised by micro-waves was applied to the adsorption treatment test of the wastewater with phenol content.The activated carbon dosages,reaction time,reaction temperature,pH value and other factors which influenced the treatment effect of wastewater were studied.The experiment results showed that under the conditions of about 10 g of waste dosage,absorption temperature of 25 ℃ and oscillation time of 3.5 h,the absorption effect of phenol reached its peak,and the absorption of the phenol on the solid waste could be described in a better way by using Freundlich isothermal absorption model.The dynamics behavior was in accordance with the first dynamics formula,and belonged to the internal diffusion control procedure.
