摘    要:以钢渣为主料和辅料制备了常温养护的土聚水泥,讨论了养护条件和钢渣掺量对粉煤灰基土聚水泥抗压强度的影响.研究表明:用钢渣制备的土聚水泥有凝结速度快,养护温度低的特点.对于掺人钢渣的粉煤灰基土聚水泥,由于碱性激发剂在水中会稀释流失,常温保湿是较泡水更好的养护方法.钢渣含量增加,粉煤灰基土聚水泥的早期强度增大,但28 d强度减小.粉煤灰中钢渣含量为10%时,常温养护土聚水泥强度超过34.14 MPa.

Abstract:Geopolymeric cements curing at normal temperature were prepared with steel slag as principal or minor raw materials,and the influences of the curing methods and the contents of steel slag on the compressive strength of fly ash-based geopolymeric cements were discussed.It is resulted that the geopolymeric cement prepared from steel slag hardens quickly at low curing temperature.Keeping wet at normal temperature is a better curing method than immersing in water for the fly ash-based geopolymeric cement adding...
