分散/活性涤/棉—浴法助剂

现行高温高压分散/活性染色工艺繁杂、能耗高。为此研究一浴法助剂——PC盐,性能与德国Bayer公司同类产品相同。按染色理论立足国内针对F、KN、KE型染料,实现分散/活性涤/棉一浴快速染色。染色织物各项指标达部标。染色深度及色鲜艳度优于二浴法,染色时间及能耗降低50％。

ONE DYEBATH AUXILIARIES FOR DISPERSE/REACTIVE DACRON/COTTON

The present high - temperature and high - pressure disperse/reactive dying process is complicated and highly energy - consumptive. In order to make the dying process easy and save more energy, a dyebath auxiliaries - Salt PC has been worked out. Its colourate effect comes up to the level of the same chemicals produced by German Bayer Co. Based on the colourate theories and domestic needs,the Salt PC adapts to the Chinese reactive dye Type F, Type KN and Type KE and can realize the disperse reactive dacron/cotton dying process in one dyebath. Every item specifications of dyed dacron/cotton reach HG standard. The colourate deep and color is better than that of the two dyebath ,the running period and energy-consumption can decrease 50%.
