摘    要:用有限差分法对GCr15钢激光相变硬化工艺过程进行了三维数值分析,得出试样表面和内部任意部位的三维温度分布图像,可以预测相变层深及作出相变区的剖面图,其结果与实验一致。

Abstract:A three dimensional numerical analysis for laser transformation hardening process of GCr15 steel is reported in this paper. According to the numerical analysis a three dimensional ternperature distribution on the surface and inside the workpiece can be obtained. The analysis can also be used to predicted the phase transformation depth and the hardened profile resulting from the laser surface treatment. Good agreement is demonstrated with experimental results.
