摘    要:介绍了一个基于真实“预切削”的三维数控加工过程仿真系统的设计与实现原理。该系统能定义毛坯、刀具和夹具,模拟切削工件的全过程,仿真完成后可得到与实际加工情况完全一致三维零件图。为了提高系统适应性,文中提出并应用了数控功能代码的概念。系统在AutoCADObjectARX平台上开发实现,文中给出了运行实例。

Abstract:The design and implement principle of a three-dimension NC simulation system are introduced in this paper. The system can define rough parts,tools and fixtures, and simulate the whole process of material removing. A three-dimensional part drawing which is corresponding with practical cutting dimensions can be acquired in AutoCAD after simulation, and the mistakes in NC programs can be found in advance. The Concept of NC function code is presented and adopted in order to enhance the simulation system's adaptability. The system is built on the top of AutoCAD 2000 and its ObjectARX. A running example is provided in the paper.
