| 摘 要： | 根据导弹武器系统研制的特点，分析并确定了影响导弹武器系统研制费用的主要因素，提出了基于人工神经网络的费用预测模型。该模型不需要确定各因素的定量关系，克服了以往由于专家主观因素而千万的负面影响，最后通过实际应用，说明了该方法简便易行，精确可靠。

| Abstract: | According to the characters of missile weapon systems development,the principal factors which affect the development cost are analyzed and defined.Then,a cost forecasting model is proposed based on artificial neural network.This model does not require to definite the relation between different factors,so it overcomes the negative effect of experts 'subjectivity.Finally,its practical application shows that this method is effective and reliable |
