高层钢筋混凝土超长结构无缝设计与楼板应力测试分析

摘    要:通过对天安数码大厦楼板在施加预应力前后一年内的应力和温度测试,给出了不同楼层、不同位置的测点应力和温度的变化曲线,对楼板内应力的变化进行了分析,研究了温度变化对楼板内应力的影响。测试结果表明,在高层超长结构的楼板中,使用焊接带肋冷轧钢丝网加强混凝土,能有效地减小结构因温度和收缩引起的变形,同时能减少钢筋用量,从而明显地抑制结构的开裂;通过对梁施加预应力能够在楼层板中形成较均匀的预应力分布,从而有效地控制温度应力引起的结构裂缝的产生和发展,确保建筑物在温度变化环境下,不出现有害裂缝。本工程的综合防裂技术经济效益明显、技术有效可行。

Abstract:The stresses and temperature of Shenzhen Tian Digital Mansion had been tested for almost one year before and after the prestress technology were carried out for the floors. The stress and temperature varying laws of various floors and various testing spots were given with the effect of temperature change on floor stress studied. The test results showed that use of the reinforced mesh formed by welded cold rolled deformed bars in super long floor for strengthening concrete can efficiently decrease the deformation of the structure caused by temperature change and shrinkage, reduce the amount of steel used and restrain the crack of the structure. By applying prestress technology to beams, the prestress in floor slab would be uniformly distributed so that the occurrence and development of cracks in structure could be controlled. The combined methods of crack prevention used in this engineering project are evident in economic benefit and reliable in technical practice.
