网壳锚喷静力分析及在杜儿坪矿的应用

摘    要:为了解决传统支护方式稳定性偏弱的问题,根据地面大跨度网壳结构的力学原理,进行了室内试验,设计出半刚性网壳锚喷新结构,这种钢筋网壳结构既可在巷道内单独组装对围岩进行连续支撑,又可先撑后喷,在围岩表面形成半刚性钢筋混凝土薄壳衬砌结构,能承受强大变形地压及采动荷载,达到用较少材料又提高喷层支撑能力与让压的目标.介绍了钢筋网壳锚喷支护的技术特色与支护原理,对其进行了静力分析,并推导出计算模型及其内力的计算表达式.完成了室内整架载荷试验,并成功应用于西山煤电集团公司杜儿坪矿区跨采巷道.

Abstract:In order to solve the stability problem of the conventional support method, according to the mechanics principle of the large span mesh and shell structure at the surface ground, an in door test was conducted and a new semi rigid steel mesh and shell bolt and shotcreting structure was designed.The steel mesh and shell structure could be individually assembled in the mine roadway to keep a continued support to the surrounding rocks.Also after the assembled in the mine roadway, a shotcreting could be made to ...
