摘    要:采用光学显微镜、扫描电镜、透射电镜和拉伸试验等方法研究了柔性薄板(FTSR)线生产的Q345B汽车大梁板的组织和性能,测定了钢板的应变硬化指数n。结果表明,FTSR线生产的Q345B钢板组织比较细小、均匀,沿铁素体晶界析出碳化物,钢中有害元素含量较低,钢板的强度和伸长率高,且具有优良的成形性和冲击性能。

Abstract:The microstructure and mechanical properties of Q345B truck frame strip produced by I;TSR hot rolling technology were studied by OM, SEM and TEM and tensile tests, the value of the strain hardening exponent n was determined. The results show that the microstructure of Q345 B steel strip produced by I;TSR hot rolling technology is fine and uniform and the second-phase particles precipitate along ferrite grain boundaries as well as the low quantity of deleterious components,thereby the strength and total elongation of Q345 B strip are high,and the formability and impact toughness of the products are excellent.
