碱式硫酸镁晶须填充尼龙6复合材料研究

摘    要:研究了碱式硫酸镁晶须用量和偶联剂对碱式硫酸镁晶须填充尼龙6复合材料力学性能、熔体流变性能和阻燃性能的影响。结果表明,经过硅烷偶联剂表面处理的晶须比钛酸酯偶联剂处理的晶须对尼龙6有更好的的改性效果;随着晶须用量的增加,复合材料的拉伸强度和缺口冲击强度都是先增加后降低,分别在晶须质量分数为40%和20%时达到最大值;复合材料的阻燃性能随晶须用量的增加而改善,碱式硫酸镁晶须的最佳用量为25%~40%。

Abstract:The Influence of the contents of magnesium sulfate whisker and coupling agent on the mechanical properties, melt rheological behaviour and flame retardancy of magnesium sulfate whisker filled PA6 composite was studied. The results showed the modification effect of the whisker surface treated by silane coupling agent was better than that of the whisker treated by organic titanate. The tensile strength and impact strength of the composite increased first, and then decreased with the increase of the content of the whisker, being the maximum when the mass fraction of the whisker was 40% and 20% respectively, The flame retardancy of the composite improved with the increase of the whisker content; the optimum content of the whisker was 25% - 40%.
