温控高纯KTP内腔倍频Nd:YAG激光器

摘    要:将高纯KTP晶体置于一温控炉内,利用温度调谐,在一声光调Q,直腔式Nd:YAG激光器中获得了高功率、高效率倍频绿光输出.最高倍频绿光输出功率超过38 W,倍频光输出功率的转换效率大于0.91%,不稳定度为±2.3%.高纯KTP与一般KTP相比,倍频效率提高了18.8%.

Intracavity Frequency Doubling Nd:YAG Laser with Temperature Controling and High-pure KTP
Abstract:The high-power and thehigh-efficiency green laser output was obtained in an AOQ switch straight cavity Nd:YAG laser. The high-pure KTP wasplaced in a temperature controlling stove and tuned by the temperature. The highest greenlaser output power was more than 38W. The conversion efficiency of the input electricpower to the green laser output power was 0.91%. The unstable degree was ±2.3%. Thefrequency doubling efficiency for the high-pure KTP was improved by 18.8% compared withthat for the conventional KTP.
