| 摘 要： | 石油运输历来是中国石油高危行业之一。从做好交通安全预防,并将成功的经验推广和普及出发,介绍了西钻汽服司创新安全管理,运用全方位整体推进的管理方式,从制度的执行、科学的预防、亲情化的管理到人性化的服务等一系列方法所形成的一道完整的安全管理屏障,从而使一个重组整合6年的专业运输公司,从成立至今无重大事故发生,安全行驶2200余天,连续6年被川西钻探公司授予安全先进集体单位的成功经验。认为安全工作只要在制度、手段、执行力上将科学和亲情化管理完美结合,必定能结出安全硕果。
