摘    要:针对涩北气田目前采用的堵剂性能不能满足现场封堵需要的问题,研制出了适合于涩北气田气井封堵的以超细水泥为主剂的封堵剂。现场施工结果表明,该堵剂具有良好的综合性能,在多种外加剂的调节下,初凝时间可按施工作业需要任意调节,72h的抗压强度大于20MPa,现场施工5井次,封堵成功率100%,打破了现场封堵成功率低、封堵效果差、成本高的尴尬局面。

Abstract:At present,some plugging agents used for Sebai gasfield can not meet the demand of field plugging.In this study,some plugging technologies used for shallow formation of gas wells are analyzed;a new plugging agent,with extra-fine cement as the soul,is developed.Results illustrate that this new plugging agent is of better capability.In addition,when it is used in operation,an initial setting time can be adjusted anyway based on a real operation;compression strength may be more than 20MPa after 72 h;success ra...
