崖城13-1气田天然气能量计量系统的改造升级

崖城13-1气田香港天然气接收站的计量系统于1996年投入使用时,采用了当时先进的并行式孔板能量计量方式,成为国内第一个在贸易交接中采用能量计量方式的大流量计量站。经过长期运行,逐渐显现出准确度不够高、计量元件结构复杂、设备老化、备件供应不足、维修维护困难等诸多问题,通过分析该接收站下游客户需求、现场场地状况、供气管线压力、天然气组分、现有设备状况等因素,采用多声道超声波流量计、设备在线诊断、无线传感适配等多项技术,改善、增加在线气相色谱仪功能和应用范围,对原有系统进行了改造,提升了系统的准确度、可靠性、易维护性和智能化程度,使其再次达到国内先进水平,为大流量天然气计量站的升级改造提供了典型的范例。
