小型移动式天然气临时供应装置及应用示范

为了方便、快捷地解决燃气管网维修期间用户的连续用气问题，以LNG钢瓶组气态天然气作为供气气源，设计了一种小型移动式天然气临时供应装置，对装置的重要组成部分LNG钢瓶组、增热器和调压加臭器进行了介绍，并对用户用气量、钢瓶流量、增热器的设置、压力调节和加臭方式等进行了优化设计，总结了该装置具有的4点创新性：①机动灵活，实用性强；②自由组合，操作简单；③LNG气相外供，创新使用；④外形美观，便于批量生产。应用该装置对一栋楼宇的236户居民用户临时供气，结果表明：用户最大用气量可达24.5 m³/h，气体最低温度为11 ℃，完全满足应急供气要求和相关国家标准。该装置的研发和使用，填补了我国燃气行业在非正常工况下保障天然气连续供应的技术空白，获得了中国外观设计和实用新型技术2项专利，在天然气的供气保障体系中有着广泛的应用前景。

A novel mini-scale mobile natural gas supply appliance and a case study
