| 摘 要： | 介绍一种在万工显上,用影像法测量直角尺内外工作角的方法。该方法可以测量长边≤200mm的各型直角尺,方法直观、简便,易于操作。通过测量不确定度分析,能满足0级精度各型直角尺内、外角测量的精度要求。

| Abstract: | A kind of method on the universal tool-microscope, using image measurement for square ruler of inside and outside working angle was intrnduced. The hmg side at ≤200 ram of each type of square rulers couht be measured by this method, which was intuitive, sim- ple and easy to operate. Through the analysis of uncertainty in measurement, 0 grade accuracy of each type square rulers inside angle can be satisfied, as well as for exterior angle measuring accuracy. |
