副仪表板头部碰撞的优化设计

摘    要:对汽车开发过程中的试验阶段的分类进行了介绍,对头部碰撞试验的方法和要求进行了说明,基于某个副仪表板项目开发过程中头部碰撞试验失效原因进行分析,参考GB11552、ECER21、FMVSS201的有关要求,通过CAE分析对碰撞点模拟及实际头部碰撞试验验证,提出了一种优化设计思路。

Abstract:The classification of test phase in the automobile development process was introduced, and /he head impact test method and requirements were described. Based on analyzing the failure reasons of head impact test during development process for a Console project, and referenced to the GB11552, ECE R21 , FMVSS201 and related requirements, through computer aided engineering (CAE) analysis of simo- lated collision point and actual head impact test, an optimized design idea was put forward.
