圆图计算法求取电机最大转矩原理分析

摘    要:由圆图分析法结合异步电机Г型等效电路图推广而来的电机圆图,可以很形象地表明电机运行特性以及通过几何关系间接地确定电机的某些性能,如损耗、效率、最大转矩等,但作图较为繁琐而且精确度受影响.GB/T 1032-2005所提供的圆图计算法则将圆图法中的几何关系转化为代数关系,省略了作图过程,通过公式精确快速地求取了电机最大转矩.从理论上推导了圆图计算法的公式推导过程,并对计算结果进行了对比分析,为深刻理解标准规范及在实际生产中推广该计算方法提供了参考.

Abstract:The circular graph which comes from circular theory and motor equivalent diagram, shows running characteristic clearly and to determine motor parameter via geometric relations: such as losses, efficiency, maximum torque and so on. The disadvantage is the process would be too complex and accuracy can not be so high. GB/T 1032-2005 gives a calculating method based on this circular graph, the maximum torque can be calculated without geometric graph. The formula of circular graph was deduced in theory, and compared the result with direct measurement, for deep understanding and reference in manufacturing.
