摘    要:利用原位无压反应烧结方法制备了不同配比的SiC/MoSi2复合材料,分析了烧结工艺对产物的影响,研究了原位生成的SiC颗粒对MoSi2基体材料室温力学性能和显微结构的影响.结果表明:原位反应烧结制备SiC/MoSi2的工艺是可行的,反应生成的适量SiC颗粒细化了基体晶粒,改善了其力学性能;与该工艺下制备的纯MoSi2相比,含10%SiC的SiC/MoSi2复合材料室温抗弯强度提高了181%,该复合材料的强化机制为细晶强化和弥散强化,韧化机制为细晶增韧和裂纹偏转.

Abstract:SiC/MoSi 2 composites with different volume fraction of SiC particles were prepared by in-situ pressureless reaction sintering and the influence of sintering technique on the product was analysised.The effects of in-situ SiC particles on room temperature mechanical properties and microstructure of MoSi 2 basis material were investigated.The results show that the process of preparing SiC/MoSi 2 by in-situ reaction sintering is feasible.The matrix grains were refined by appropriate amount SiC particles obtain...
