摘    要:以FANUC 0I MATETC数控系统车床为例,阐述了刀尖半径补偿的设置方法,并通过锥形工件加工实例对补偿前和补偿后的误差进行了比较,从而说明刀尖半径补偿对于精密锥形工件加工的必要性。

Abstract:The method of establishing tool radius compensation is introduced by system NC lathe as example, and the error after compensation is compared with with the example for cone - shape workpieee processing, in order to explain the pensation applied to precise cone - shape workpieee processing. taking FANUC- 0I MATE TC the error before compensation necessity for tool radius compensation applied to precise cone - shape workpiece processing.
