摘    要:研究了4种涂装前表面处理工艺及表面残余盐分对涂层性能的影响,其中锌系磷化膜作为涂层的底层,由于其良好的绝缘性及附着力,可以极大限度地阻止膜下扩蚀,使涂层的耐腐蚀性数倍地增加;此外,受涂装设备和场地的限制,可以根据实际情况选择残余盐量少的简易前处理工艺来保证涂装质量。

Abstract:Four kinds of surface treatment before coating process and surface residual salt on the properties of the coating were studied, in which the zinc phosphating film as tire underlayer of coating layer, due to its excellent insulating properties and adhesion, it can prevent expansion corrosion under membrane greatly and increase the corrosion resistance of the coating several times: in addition, it was restricted by the painting equipment and field, tire quality of coating can ensure by adopt choose simple pretreatment process which residual salts less aecording to the actual situation.
