摘    要:采用预聚体法合成无溶剂水性聚氨酯。探讨了扩链剂的添加顺序,nNCO/nOH比例、二羟甲基丙酸(DMP))含量等因素对水性聚氨酯乳液性能的影响。结果表明:当nNCO/nOH比例为1.3左右,DMPA用量为6%,先添加亲水性扩链剂DMPA时,乳液的综合性能最佳。

Abstract:Solvent-free waterborne polyurethane was synthesized by adopting prepolymer method. The influence on the properties of an aqueous polyurethane emulsion effect such as the adding order of the chain extender, nNCO/nOH proportion and the content of dimethylol propionic acid (DMPA) were studied. The results show that the emulsion has the optimum comprehensive properties when the nNCO/nOH was around 1.3, the dosage of DMPA is 6%, and firstly add the hydrophilic chain extender DMPA.
