EXCEL VBA在教学管理中的应用

在日常教学管理工作中,EXCEL被大量应用,其优点是简单易用,操作灵活,不足之处是每一步都要人工操作和控制,对重复性的工作,每次都要反复去做。本文通过VBA编程,在编排课表的工作中,将混排在一起的各专业课表自动分开生成本专业的课表。在教学提醒的工作中,每天定时自动将第二天上课的时间、地点、内容等信息发送短信在老师的手机上,使工作的效率大大提高,也避免了人为操作的失误。

Applications of EXCEL VBA to the Teaching Management

In the daily work of teaching management,EXCEL has been widely used.Its advantages are simple and easy to use,flexible operation.However,a user has to give all his or her instructions one by one,which is time-consuming.Especially for the repetitive work a user will give the same instruction again and again.The paper aims to introduce an effective method of arranging the curriculum table by applying EXCEL VBA programming,by which the curriculum table of a certain major will be generated from the mixed curriculum table for different majors.And it will automatically send electronic short messages to teachers’ mobile telephones and remind them of the information on their classes,such as time,place and teaching content etc.This method can improve the efficiency of teaching management and avoid the mistakes made by teaching staff.
