弹性体及无机粒子增韧PVC研究

摘    要:利用丙烯酸酯类共聚物(ACR)、氯化聚乙烯(CPE)及甲基丙烯酸甲酯-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(MBS)对聚氯乙烯(PVC)进行增韧改性。研究表明,随着弹性体用量的增加,拉伸强度呈小幅度下降趋势,冲击强度呈上升趋势,硬度略有下降;而不同种类的碳酸钙在增韧的同时还可较好地保持增韧体系的拉伸强度及硬度。

Abstract:ACR,CPE and MBS were used to toughen Polyvinyl chloride.It is shown that with the increase of the amount of elastomer the impact strength of toughened PVC increased and tensile strength and hardness declined.It is also shown that the use of CaCO3 can improve the impact strength and keep the tensile strength and hardness of the toughened PVC.
