| 摘 要： | 为提高零件的数控加工精度,分析了影响数控加工精度的主要因素,并对高精数控加工的误差补偿方法进行了综合的论述,给出了一种软件误差补偿方法及补偿程序,通过该补偿方法进行补偿后,满足了高精数控加工的要求.

| Abstract: | To improve the accuracy of CNC machining,the paper analyses the factors which affects the machining accuracy and expatiates on the methods of error compensation for CNC machining.The paper also presents a method of software error compensation and writes a program to eliminate the error,thus the required high accuracy of CNC machining can be obtained. |
