APPLICATION OF THE MOBILE SIMULATING TECHNOLOGY IN THE INJECTION MOLD DESIGN AND FORMING PROCESS |

Abstract: | Based on computer aided simulation method, this paper introduces the main injection molding parameters both on structure and process, which determine the quality of the injection products as well as some defects formed by the injection process and their prediction method. This paper also analyzes an injection molding practical case, and points out the method to solve the problem by mean of structural improvement and process parameter reconfiguration according to the simulation results. |
