针织印花工艺探讨

针织物印花对坯布要求条干均匀，细节少；大肚纱和棉结杂质少。前处理后不有纬斜，缩水率小于５％。制网时经向要放，纬向要收；描稿时线条无需缩小；网目数比一般机织物要小；包浆比一般机织物印花时薄，加工时张力越小越好，以利于对花。

In knitted fabrics printing, it is demanded that gray goods should be even yarn, few nips, slubs and nep impurities; after preparation, no skewing is found and water shrinkage is less than 5%; in engraving, warp is relax while weft is shrink, mesh size is less than common woven fabrics; color paste is thinner than that of woven fabrics; lower tension is benefit for design register.
