汽车催化净化器故障分析及结构优化

摘    要:针对配备于某款2.0发动机的催化净化器在进行耐久试验时所发生的催化剂脱落问题,运用计算流体动力学(CFD)方法分析了该催化净化器的内部流场,解释了问题产生的原因,提出了扩张管及收缩管形状结构的改进方案。计算结果表明:结构优化后的催化净化器可以大大改善气体流动均匀性,进而会提高催化转化效率和催化剂的寿命。

Abstract:Based on the broken of catalyst which happened during durability testing,The flow field in the converter is analyzed using Computational Fluid Dynamics(CFD) technique,the result explained the causes of the problem and put forward a program of optimized structure,especially the parts of expansion and contraction.The results show that:the optimized structure of the catalytic converter can greatly improve the uniformity of gas flow,which can increase the efficiency of catalytic converters and catalyst life.
