基于广义参数化的集成产品设计研究

针对目前产品参数化设计可靠性差、一次成功率低的问题，提出了广义参数化集成产品设计的思想，研究了其基本原理、设计方法以及开发过程。采用全息建模、自顶向下的参数化建模方法，将知识集成于产品的信息模型中，阐述了以知识重用、柔性元结构为基础构建参数设置模块和驱动模块的过程，提出了工程图自动调整技术。结果表明：该快速柔性设计满足了集成产品全过程设计的需求，可以支持产品的设计周期。
