钨棒材的轧制研究

论述了采用ＫＯＣＫＳ三辊高速轧机，对质景为３ｋｇ／根的钨坯条进行轧制开坯，取代传统的旋锻开坯的工艺技术。指出，轧制开坯突破了＂雪花＇晶坯条不易进行加工的难点，且对钨坯条的密度要求降低。分析表明，轧制钨棒与旋银钨棒相比，在产品质量、直径均匀性、表面状况及能耗、劳动生产率等方面，均具有明显优势。

Study on Rolling of Tungsten Bar
