| 摘 要： | 为适应全国水土保持工作发展的新形势，满足水土保持生态建设工程前期工作的需要，提高投资决策水平，规范计价行为，统一概（估）算编制方法，遵照水利部指示精神，水土保持定额编制组开展了水土保持生态建设工程造价定额研究制定工作，并取得了初步成果。本文仅就这些定额的主要组成内容、适用范围、作用及研究方法等方面介绍给同行，以期达到共识，并为新定额的贯彻执行创造条件。

| Abstract: | Obeying the instruction of the Ministry of water conservancy,in order to adapt new developmental situation of soil and water {conservation} work and satisfy demands of earlier stage of Ecological Construction of Soil and Water Conservation Projects,improve {investment} decision making level,standardize valuation and unify the method of budget or estimation,the quota compiling groups {developed} the quota studying and making work of the project cost of ecological construction of soil and water conservation and acquired inital achievement.The article introduces only these rated main formed contents,using scope,functions and researched method into craft brothers,in order to reach joined viewpoints,and builds conditions for new rated implementation. |
