摘    要:空气弹簧是轨道车辆控制振动的关键部件之一,具有减振效果好,重量轻和刚度可调等优点,已被广泛应用于铁路客车、地铁、轻轨和动车组上。刚度是表征空气弹簧性能的重要参数,它直接反映空气弹簧在静态条件下承受作用力的能力,所以,刚度试验结果的准确性至关重要。因此,如何通过试验来验证空气弹簧产品特性,保证产品质量,势在必行。

Abstract:The air spring system, key part of elastomers for vibration control of railways, has principal functions, such as supporting the weight of the vehicle and its passenger loading, providing flexibility in the vertical direction and horizontal plane and bogie rotatio~l, and so on Since stiffness is one of the important factor, the stiffness testing is important, too. With high velocity in our railways and the requirement of safety and comfort, how to carry out the air spring system testing is importment. In this paper, a testing methods and data deal methods according to a lot of testing were concluded.
