磷酸装置磷回收率低的原因分析及技改措施

摘    要:广西鹿寨化肥有限责任公司磷酸装置采用美国B arger二水法工艺,产量达到了设计能力120 k tP2O5/a,但磷回收率仅89%。从原料处理、反应系统、过滤系统分析影响磷收率低的原因并采取相应措施。技改后,磷收率提高到92.7%,每年耗磷矿减少18 570 t,节约成本482.8万元。

Abstract:The phosphoric acid plant in Luzhai Fertilizer Co.[KG-*4],Ltd. with the dehydrateprocess of USA Barger has reached the designed capacity of 120 kt P_2O_5/a. However the recovery rate of phosphorus is only 85%. The affecting reasons are analyzed from raw material treatment, reacting system and filtrating system and the corresponding measures are presented. After the technological improvement, the recovery rate of phosphorus is increased to 92.7%. The consumption of phosphate rock is reduced by 18 570 tons per year, with 4 828 000 RMB Yuan saved.
