| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了哈尔滨汽轮机厂１０３栋住宅楼失效外墙垛的鉴定和加固处理方法，墙体失效的主要原因是超载、冻融、鉴定方法包括墙体强度的原位试验，地基土的土工试验，房屋普查及验算，加固处理方法为失效严重墙垛重新更换，一般失效墙体适当加强。

| Abstract: | The assessment and reinforcement methods for the damaged brick masonries of dwelling-house 103 in Harbin Turbine Plant are presented in this paper. Overloading and refrigeration caused the damage. The assessment includes the site test of the brick masonry strength, the soil mechanical test, the investigation and the calculation for the dwelling -house. The damaged brick masonries of differentlevels are reinforced by different methods. |
