基于金氏脉学的新型脉诊仪的研究

摘    要:在金氏脉学的基础上,充分借鉴国内外脉振仪的研究成果.设计了脉诊传感器自动分层测量系统(首创)、低噪放大板和USB数据通讯系统.分层步进系统采用微机自动控制技术,根据实时测量脉搏信号最大值和最小值把脉搏分为4层测量水平(金氏理论要求).避免了人工评脉的个体差异性.运用模式识别和大样本置信度理论对信号初步分析,再利用不同层次脉搏间的相关分析确定检测结果,使系统准确率有很大提高.使用该系统针对肺部肿瘤重点研究,完成了基于金氏脉学的新型脉诊仪的基础研究,初步诊断结果正确率达60%.为多功能脉诊仪的研制奠定了基础.

Abstract:Based on the Kings'pulse theory and the main research on human pulse wave measurement formerly,an automatic delamination measurement of human pulse(the first reported) with high SNR amplification element and data collection by USB were designed.The automatic measurement system sampled human pulse signal with 4 different pressure at one same point from its maximum to minimum,therefore this system avoided the subjectivity differences of artificial pulse assessment.The pattern identification and confidence level and correlative theories were applied to the lung tumor diagnosis.Especially,the correlative analysis between different signals from different preesure is very useful to get right diagnoses.The final diagnostic nicety gets to 60%.This work lays a good base for multi-function human pulse wave instrumentation.
