| 摘 要： | 选取上海地区具有分项计量系统的某幢办公建筑与某幢商场建筑,对建筑空调能耗、照明能耗与其它能耗的比例关系进行分析,结果显示,办公建筑能耗以空调能耗为主,而商场建筑能耗以照明为主,这2种建筑空调能耗逐月变化规律存在不同,照明能耗则相对稳定.
