全业务背景下电信融合业务发展研究

摘    要:在用户需求、电信企业自身需求及技术进步三重因素的推动下,融合业务已成为电信业发展的主要趋势。本文从电信产业链角度研究了融合业务的定义,通过分析融合业务的发展趋势,结合国内外电信运营商融合业务的案例研究以及国内电信运营商的融合业务发展思路,给出针对国内电信运营商融合业务的发展建议。

Abstract:Convergence service is becoming the main trend of telecommunication development under drive of the three factors: customers’ need, telecom operators’ inner drive and the evolutions of technology. This article deeply studies the definition of convergence service from different views of the telecom industrial chain, giving civil operators valuable advices by analyzing the trend of the convergence service’s development, case study of the oversea and civil oprators’ thinking about convergence service development.
