摘    要:饮茶对人身体健康有许多益处,如抗氧化、抗衰老、抗肿瘤、降低某些疾病的发病率等。近年来,越来越多的文献报道了茶叶组分具有抗菌、抗病毒和增强人体免疫力的作用。本文对茶叶中的主要组分茶多酚、茶色素、茶多糖和茶氨酸的抗菌、抗病毒和免疫增强作用的研究进展作一综述。

Abstract:Tea drinking is of many benefits to the health of humans, such as antioxidation, anti-aging, antitumor and decreasing the morbidities of some diseases. In recent years, the antibacterial and antiviral effects as well as immunopotentiation of tea components have been reported increasingly. The progress in research on the antibacterial, antiviral and immunopotentiation effects of major tea components, such as tea polyphenol, tea pigment, tea polysaccharide and theanine, are reviewed in this paper.
