摘    要:采用熔态旋淬法制备了耐腐蚀球墨铸铁(QT)基(QT0.992B0.008)99-xAl1Crx(x=0.5,1,2,3,4,6,8%)非晶合金。该系非晶合金在升温过程中没有出现玻璃转变温度,随Cr含量的增加晶化温度逐渐升高。高Cr含量的QT-B-Al-Cr非晶合金在3%NaCl和0.5mol/LH2SO4溶液中具有优异的耐腐蚀性能。随着Cr含量的增加,合金的腐蚀速率和钝化电流密度均降低,耐腐蚀性能提高。QT-B-Al-Cr非晶合金的饱和磁感应强度为0.9~1.35T,并随着合金中Cr含量的增加而降低。

Abstract:Corrosion-resistant spheroidal graphite cast iron (QT)-based (QT0.992B0.008)99-xAl1Crx(x=0.5, 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 8wt%) amorphous alloys were synthesized by single-roller melt-spinning method. The QT-B-Al-Cr amorphous alloys exhibit no glass transition temperature before crystallization upon heating, and the onset crystallization temperature increases with Cr content.
