光电增量式轴角编码器的数字信号处理

摘    要:光电增量式轴角编码器的输出信号由于其编码原理而在慢速或停止时易受轴抖动影响。本文从其模型出发,讨论了各种抖动时的信号,并在此基础上讨论了基于数字滤波的及基于Mealy状态机的信号处理算法,及其软件与硬件的实现,以满足强振动及电磁干扰环境下精密位置控制及测量系统的需要。本文还给出实例,包括一个用一片PALCE16V8实现的Mealy状态机的设计;其中一些结果已实际用于最大直径为12英寸的钢管生产线的飞锯控制系统。

Abstract:Owing to the encoding principle, the outputs of the Photo incremental Rotary Encoder suffer from disorder when its shaft vibrates, especially when rotating slowly or halting. Various signals caused by vibrating are studied in this paper, based on the model of theIRC. Then the IRC signal processing algorithms based on digital filtering and Mealy StateMachine, and the software and hardware realization of them are studied, for the precise position 'control and measuring system working in the strong vibration and EMI environment.Practical examples, including a Mealy FSM design using only one PALCE16VS are given,some of them had been used in a fly cutoff control system of a welding tube line, makingtubes up to 12 inch.
