| 摘 要： | 采用覆膜-铜氨硫代硫酸盐滴淋堆浸提金工艺,原矿自然粒度入堆,金回收率达60.8%;复合固相萃取剂简便、有效地从溶液中回收金,溶液中金回收率大于99%,萃取剂载金量达14g/kg.硫代硫酸盐循环使用,从堆浸到熔铸成金锭的总药剂单位矿耗成本为24.3元/t.该工艺是一种绿色环保提金工艺.

| Abstract: | The technology of covering membrane-dropping-heap leaching gold by copper ammonia thiosulfate was established.The raw ore is treated directly by heap leaching and the recovery rate of gold is more than 60.8%.Gold was recovered effectively by multiplex solid extractant from the leaching solution.The recovery rate of gold adsorption is more than 99% and the amount of loaded gold is 14g/kg.Thiosulfate was recycled,and the cost of agent is 24.3CNY per ton ore from heap leaching to obtaining gold product.In fact,this method is harmless to the environment. |
