| 摘 要： | 国有老企业面对设备陈旧、技术落后、设备改造量大,一次性投入高,节能新技术、新产品、新材料、新设备发展快速的实际情况,如何实现节能减排,怎样跟上节能科技的发展速度,是新形势下企业经营管理工作的重点.文中结合企业实际,从总体规划、逐步实施,设备选择与评价,设备的全过程管理等方面介绍了动态设备更新的实践.实践表明,实行动态设备更新,实现了企业的节能减排,提高了企业的管理水平,增加了企业的效益.

| Abstract: | Equipments in old stateowned enterprise are usually out-of-date and lag in technology.And it costs a lot to upgrade the equipments.How to save energy and reduce emission is the emphases of enterprise operation and management in morden times.The paper introduced the dynamic equipment upgrading in the following ascepts,general planning,gradual execution,equipment selection and evaluation,overall-process equipment supervision.It is proved that dynamic equipment upgrading will save energy,reduce emission,enhance the economical benefit and management. |
