| 摘 要： | 文中主要针对国内矿山企业尾矿库的现状,分析了小型尾矿库在技术、管理、环境保护等方面存在的问题和安全隐患,论述了大中型尾矿库建设的优越性和技术的可行性.通过对比分析,提出了限制小型尾矿库的审批建设,研究建设大中型尾矿库的新型管理模式.

| Abstract: | According to the actualities of tailing ponds in China,the hidden hazards of small-scale tailing ponds are analyzed in technology, management,environment protection and social problems.And then the advantages and engineering feasibility of large-capacity tailing reservoirs are discussed.It is concluded that the approval of small-scale tailing ponds should be restricted and studies on new management mode of large-capacity tailing reservoirs should be made. |
