| 摘 要： | 在公安院校教育体制改革的大背景下,公安院校的教学工作重心从学历教育向专业培训转移,教学内容从注重理论学习向注重技能训练转移。案例教学法对学生进行法律思维和法律技能的养成训练意义重大。公安院校长期以来对案例教学法存在某种程度的误读。转制后的公安院校的办学模式将更有利于案例教学法的推进,但对教学案例、教学对象、教学时间、师资配备等方面都应当进行精心设计。

| Abstract: | The case teaching method is greatly significant in cultivating students' legal thinking and skills,but this method has been misunderstood to some extent in public security colleges.The reformed school-running model of the colleges is favorable for the advancement of this teaching method.But the case,target,time and staff should be carefully designed or selected. |
